My palette was derived from a Nike shoe model. I wanted to keep the colors ties to the brand and felt that drawing from existing products was a safe choice.

The grapple with Unreal Engine took a while, but I’ve finally reached a place where I'm confident in using the basic tools in the program and not be intimidated to explore the capabilities.
I feel that being able to switch lighting fixtures, materials, and camera movement create enough differences to Cinema 4D making it a valuable asset.
In remaking the advertisement, I considered the behavior of the product, then decided on which 3D software would be the best approach to animating the shoe model.
Branding study: Nike
I incorporated a branding study alongside the early production stage with the goal of finding a creative solution
for staying true to Nike's brand and message.
Researching the mission of the brand brought focus a main message and four sub-sections; “To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.” Underneath this lied themes of diversity, the future of sports, environmental protection, and responsibility of the company. Corporate initiatives concerned experience in quality coaching, bringing down barriers in athletics, safety in work environments, and accessibility partnerships for those with disabilities.
