Hello, my name is Andrew. I am a graduate student at Savannah College of Art and Design. I've been passionate about art since elementary school, and have loved my creative journey thus far. I aim to continue finding what my style is through the works that I produce.
I aimed to create a call to action for the continued effort of IRIS to give aid. This call to action would engage audiences to get involved with the organization.
My concept followed the hardship of displacement. These circumstances force beginnings in a new community.
A home could be a sanctuary just as a community can be, and become more than a physical space.
I plan to create a five stage motion piece with animated text. The theme of my motion piece is the creation of an idea and the struggle to find a satisfying final version. I used 3 dimensional graphics and illustrative textures, along with a 2 dimensional section at the end.
This project is based on the relationship between light and dark. The balance between the two could be taken at face value or be symbolic of inner emotions. We can compare how we want to appear to ourselves
and for others.
Lighting the way comes through innovation. We remember the history that has brought the current state of art and invention. The two are combined to create something new and authentic that pioneers the way into the future while creating a better vision for design.
Fantasie is the German translation for imagination. Reality transforms into an adventure with Fanta. This concept will create cosmic settings based on the different flavors of Fanta, using point of view and object tracking shots to follow the journey through this inner space.
